• Secure the Date: The group organiser typically secures the desired date by paying for the minimum number of confirmed players.

• Individual Payments: We can often arrange for individual players to pay for their own packages, taking the pressure off the organiser.

• Flexible Management: Whether you want to pay in one lump sum or have players call in separately, our team is here to help. Please speak with our event coordinators on 0203 869 9135 to discuss the best way to manage your group’s payments.

• Add as You Go: You can add more players to your booking as they confirm their attendance, up until a few days before your event.

Paintball usage varies by player, but we recommend a baseline of approximately 200 paintballs per game zone. Because your usage depends on how “trigger-happy” you are, it is entirely up to you how many paintballs you choose to fire during your session at our Manchester centre.

To ensure you don’t run out during a crucial mission, many groups find it more cost-effective to purchase a larger bundle at the start of the day. In our immersive Manchester game zones—such as the iconic Berlin Wall or our intergalactic-themed maps—the action can be fast-paced, and having extra paint on hand allows you to stay focused on the objective!

You can easily purchase extra supplies at the Delta Force Paintball Manchester shop during your event. Our centre is fully stocked with everything you need to enhance your experience, from extra ammunition to tactical gear upgrades.

• Paintball Refills: Stay in the action with additional paintballs available throughout the day.
• Upgraded Gear: Purchase tactical gloves and other protective equipment for added comfort in the Manchester woodland.
• Pyrotechnics (18+ Only): Paintball grenades and smoke bombs are available for players aged 18 and over to add a tactical edge to your missions.

• Debit & Credit Cards: Secure payments verified by PIN only.
• Cash: We accept cash payments on-site.

Please Note: We do not accept payment by cheque at the Manchester centre.

We understand that plans can change at the last minute. While all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we aim to ensure you don’t lose out:

• Credit for Future Use: If a player is unable to attend on the day, their payment value can be carried forward as a credit on your booking profile. This credit can be applied to a future paintball booking at any of our centres.

• Paintball Allocations: Please note that any paintball allocations or equipment included in the package for a “no-show” player are forfeited on the day. These cannot be transferred to or shared among other players in your group.

• Notification: If you know in advance that your numbers have changed, please contact our booking office as soon as possible so we can update your profile.
