England footballer visits Manchester Paintball
If you’re into Premier League football you’ll be excited to learn that Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney recently chose the Delta Force Manchester Paintball Centre for a day of adrenaline fuelled fun. The England captain was visiting with his United teammates, including the likes of Rio Ferdinand and Ryan Giggs.
With six mind blowing movie set quality paintball game zones – including Gold Rush, London Apocalypse and Sheriff’s Castle – the Delta Force Manchester Paintball Centre is one of our most eye catching locations. Based just off the M60 in Eccles, the centre is easily accessible from any part of the city – perfect for combining a weekend of paintball and partying.
After a short drive from their Aon Training Complex in Carrington Rooney and his troops were soon on the field of play - but not before being issued with Manchester Paintball's state of the art paintball equipment and a full safety briefing. Paintball guns in hand, the Red Devils went into battle - ducking and diving (mentioning no names) through graveyards, setting up camp in London buses and scaling castle walls!
As usual it was Rooney who came out on top in the shooting stakes – the Reds captain leading his team to impressive 10 victories out of 14. Is there anything he isn’t good at?
‘Wazza’ isn’t the only major celebrity to visit one of our paintball centres. Previous guests have included the likes of Olympic legend Usain Bolt, Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson. You just never know who you're going to bump in to when you visit Manchester Paintball!
